The DSI Surgical Conical Drills kit is also equipped with DSI Stepped Drills that are used for an initial perforation of the implant socket. Each of the stepped drills is following the drill being guided by the previous one. The dimensions of these drills and their shapes are made to fit implant geometries perfectly. The innovative design of DSI Stepped drills has been created with precision to modify the socket shape and reduce pressure on the implant neck. This provides more stable implantation, especially during the first weeks, which is critical in some cases.
