Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to our standard return policy. The customer must accept delivery of the shipment, obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, and return the item to the designated address.
If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs will be deducted from the issued credit, and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
