Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping delivery times typically range from fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier, and shipping method selected.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen carrier delays, shipments may take additional time. Customers will be notified in the event of significant delays.
Shipping Methods & Coverage
We ship using recognized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not included.
Freight shipments (LTL), lift gate service, inside delivery, and white glove service are not included unless specifically quoted and confirmed in writing.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. Shipping fees, when applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours.
Shipping Damage & Claims
Dentamed USA is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transit. If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must notify the carrier directly and retain all packaging materials for claim purposes.
