Returning / Warranty

ADS obligation under the warranty is to provide the parts for the repair, or replacement of any defective part with one that is equivalent to the original in performance.
The ADS dental system does not represent the disinfection efficacy of any disinfection product. Questions about product efficacy should be directed to the specific manufacturer of that product. For any damage caused by the use of any disinfectant, we do not make any express or implied warranty.
The warranty period for patient seats and hydraulic systems is five(5) years from the date of purchase, subject to qualifications for installation and maintenance.

Upholstery is guaranteed for one (1) year under normal use and services after the date of purchase.

The delivery system is guaranteed for five (5) years after the date of purchase.

Dental light is guaranteed for two (2) years after the date of purchase.

The cabinet is guaranteed for one (1) year after the date of purchase.

The stool is guaranteed for one (1) year after the date of purchase.

Fiber optic hand-piece tubing has six (6) months warranty after date of purchase.

All products sold to and installed by authorized ADS dealers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

The patient chair and hydraulic system are guaranteed for five (5) years after the date of purchase, subject to installation and service qualification.

Upholstery is guaranteed for one (1) year under normal use and services after the date of purchase.

The delivery system is guaranteed for five (5) years after the date of purchase.

Dental light is guaranteed for two (2) years after the date of purchase.

The cabinet is guaranteed for one (1) year after the date of purchase.
